Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch your ribbon goods within 1-2 working days at a fixed rate of £3.70 using a UK carrier service. Ribbon orders can be sent outside of the UK mainland, subject to agreement on delivery price, relative to the weight and dimensions of your goods.

Once your ribbon order has been placed on The Ribbon Room online system you will automatically be sent a confirmation. The Ribbon Room confirmation is subject to availability. At The Ribbon Room we are constantly trying to update our stock position to avoid disappointing any customers, however if a ribbon is not available we will notify you via email at the earliest possible time. You can then discuss a possible solution or alternative ribbon with our sales team at sales@theribbonroom.co.uk.

We will not accept the return of any ribbon goods unless it has been discussed and agreed with ourselves. Ribbon goods may only be returned within 10 days and only after discussion with one of The Ribbon Room team members.

Please contact sales@theribbonroom.co.uk to report any missing ribbon items. In order for us to look into this we will need all the details of your Ribbon Room order confirmation. Missing items must be reported on the day you received the delivery.
