How Does Free Delivery Work?
All ribbon orders £50.00 and over will receive free delivery.
Can I Personalise Ribbon?
Yes. Please contact a member of our Ribbon Room print team at sales@theribbonroom.co.uk for further information, advice and quotes on personalised ribbon.
How long does ribbon delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your ribbon goods within 1-2 workings days. Please see our delivery options for next day deliveries.
What shipping methods are available?

All mainland UK ribbon deliveries go by post using a UK carrier service at a fixed rate of £3.75.

We can ship ribbon overseas but this is subject to an agreement based upon receiving a quote on the weight and dimensions of your goods.

Can I ship my ribbon to a different address?
Yes, the billing address and shipping address can be different. You can change this when processing your ribbon order.
How can I pay for my ribbon?
We take payment through PayPal or credit card - ensuring a safe transaction for both parties.
Do we share any information that you provide us with?
No, The Ribbon Room does not disclose or share any information. The Ribbon Room have security in place to protect all details that you provide.
I cannot see the ribbon I am looking for?
If you cannot find the ribbon that you are looking for in particular, please email us at sales@theribbonroom.co.uk and one of our Ribbon Room team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum ribbon order?
Yes, the minimum order is £5.00, this is to cover our account and admin costs as well as ensuring that all details are held with the upmost security.
Do you have a ribbon store where I can look at the items available?
No, unfortunately we are only an online ribbon store at the moment.
Can I cancel/add an item/order?
You can add to and delete ribbons from the shopping cart at any point during the shopping process. When you decide to checkout there will be a summary of all items you have selected. Please check this carefully because once you have confirmed and paid for your ribbons they will be sent straight through to our ribbon warehouse where picking will start. For this reason your ribbon order cannot be changed once confirmed.
Where is my ribbon order?
If your ribbon order has not been received within 7 working days please contact us with reference details and we will look into this for you.
Can I get my ribbon next day delivery/AM delivery?
If you need your ribbon urgently, please email us and we will let you know if it is possible to send your ribbon order in time.
